Your training produced results!  In a challenging 5 mile road race, I reduced my time from last year by 1:23; came in 16 of 191; and took 3rd in the 40 – 49 age bracket.  At 46 years old, I had a solid kick at the end.  As a Sales Manager, I spend a fair amount of time away from home.  Your routines allowed me to keep up my strength training while on the road. I also believe that I avoided injuries because of your training.  Thank you!

I just wanted to take this moment to say “Thank You”
Its been 4 months since I joined the club and one on one “Strength Training” with you.
I am looking back at myself from where I started at the club (With Fat percentage as ~31%) Now with a reduced body fat percentage of ~20% I couldn’t believe myself when we took the measurements for the second time. That moment was amazing and motivating!
It couldn’t have never ever been possible without your extra push, motivation and of course, the way you started training me and the way I have transformed now.
Keep pushing us, motivating us and Keep Winning! Looking forward to rock and roll along with you as part of partner training session as well.

One of my old friends met me today and she said that I have lost so much weight and looked toned.  I was very happy when she said that.  I am very thankful to you for all this hard work.

I would want to do more intense exercises and get more toned.  I am really looking  forward to our upcoming workouts in the next weeks.
