Month to Month Programs

Man Doing PlankOur month to month programs are developed to provide you an individualized work out that takes into account your fitness level, your goal for the month or long term, and provides you consistent contact with your personal trainer.

We have four levels of training programs available based on your desired level of trainer involvement.  The beauty of our month to month programs is that you can upgrade or downgrade at the end of any month to meet your specific needs.  We have no contracts on our month to month programs, so you can cancel at the end of any month.

Standard Program

This package is perfect for people who are a little more advanced, but still need some direction with training and nutrition. If you’re struggling to make consistent improvements, but have a pretty decent handle on exercise form, this is a good fit for you.

The Standard Program includes:

  • Initial 45 minute movement and nutrition assessment
  • Monthly custom program design
  • Once weekly 15 minute live workout feedback
  • Once weekly nutrition feedback via email
  • Free app to track workouts and progress

Standard Plus Program

This package is tailor made for those who need a little extra help with nutrition. There are more frequent nutrition check-ins to help keep clients on track and get the best results possible.

The Standard Plus Program includes:

  • Initial 45 minute movement and nutrition assessment
  • Monthly custom program design
  • Once weekly 15 minute live workout feedback
  • Once weekly 15 minute live nutrition feedback
  • Twice weekly email nutrition feedback
  • Free app to track workouts and progress

Premium Program

The Premium Package is best for those who are beginners in health and fitness. If you don’t know where to start with exercise or nutrition, this is the option for you. The video review allows the trainer to give personal feedback to help you use the best form in order to achieve pain free results.

The Premium Program includes:

  • 45 minute movement and nutrition assessment
  • Bi-weekly custom program design
  • Once weekly 30 minute live workout feedback with video review
  • Once weekly 15 minute live nutrition feedback
  • Twice weekly email nutrition feedback
  • Email support (2 additional emails a week)
  • Free app to track workouts and progress

Deluxe Program

The Deluxe Package is the top of the line when it comes to online personal training. This package is the best fit for those who don’t want to work out in a gym, but also need the immediate feedback and support of a trainer. This is the option for those who have home gyms or their own equipment, and want to have someone checking their form and making adjustments in real time.

The Deluxe Program includes:

  • Monthly 45 minute movement and nutrition assessment
  • Bi-weekly custom program design
  • Three one hour workouts monitored by Skype to give instant feedback
  • Twice weekly email nutrition feedback
  • Omron electronic fat monitor
  • Free app to track workouts and progress
